Has anyone started with phase two without doing phase one? How did it go for you?
I actually started with 2 weeks of Phase 1... Dr A recommends you start in Phase 2 if you have less than 10 pounds to lose and don't have food cravings for refined starches and sugar... I have a lot of weight to lose and had cravings that Phase 1 took care of...
I'm sure there are a few chicks out there that started in Phase 2... but I don't know any here right off hand...
Have you posted over on the main board at all? It definitely gets more activity over there.
Starting SBD with Phase 2 is recommended if you are pregnant or have health issues, such as diabetes. Otherwise, it's a good idea to start this plan with a full two weeks of Phase 1. Phase 1 is designed as a kind of detox to rid your body of sugar and white carb cravings, and it gives you a clean slate to prepare you for a successful weight loss journey.
