Reduced Fat Cheese

I hope you can help. I have scoured all the local stores including Walmart and I am having trouble finding the right kind of cheddar, colby or any of the hard cheeses in the reduced fat variety. I found a good sharp cheddar by Cabot at walmart but it is only a 8 oz. size. Of course part skim mozzarella is everywhere. My search for something in a larger size, shredded or chunk is coming up empty. Can you give me an idea where you find your hard cheeses? I really appreciate all your help. Linda

Shredded is easy. Sargento, Kraft have RF shredded Mexican blends and Cheddar. I like the Weight Watcher brands of shredded cheeses also. I don't use enough cheese to buy chunks but I do like the Kraft LiveActive brand of individually wrapped Colby & Monterey Jack cheese.

Sam's Club here has reduced fat hard cheese in pre-packaged .75 oz sizes. They have colby-jack, cheddar, and swiss. Great for grabbing on the run .
