Kashi cereal question

I have a question??? On the side of my Kashi cereal is says that it is 3 starches. Does that mean if I'm aloud 3 starches on SB that that is all the carbs I get for the day. I'm confused..

What are they basing their starch count on? Food pyramid?

Go by servings. You are allowed 2-3 starch servings per day in the later stages of Phase 2.

Also, what kind of Kashi is it?
