Question mayonaise

I was looking in the FAQ section for something on mayo. Someone thought the full fat mayo was the better choice due to low sugr. Can anyone confirm this? I am looking at Best Foods and it has some soybean oil in it.

Yes, regular mayonnaise is a better choice. The reduced fat mayos have added starches and other things to replace the missing fats. As long as you keep your servings withing the fat allowance, having regular mayonnaise is no problem. It will help keep you full and satisfied and your coat glossy!
