SB packaged meals
 

I know to make my own meals are healthier and more desirable. But lets face it, we all get a day or two that we just do not have time to fix a lunch. I've found the SB packaged meals are not too bad, especially their veggie pizza. Their wraps are ok.

Even though it says southbeach right on their (thats their marketing tactic), are these truly SB friendly?????????
