Chestnuts Roasting by an Open Fire?

Anyone know if chestnuts are SBD friendly? I bought some and would love to have a few roasted in the, er, oven...

I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't be SBD friendly. Personally I prefer water chestnuts. :dizzy:

Well, per Fitday, they are higher in carbs (14 to 4) and lower in protein (1 to 4) than the same measurement of walnuts. I'd be careful.

Wow! That's a big difference!! I suppose I'll have just one or two, and enjoy them for the rare treat that they'll be. Thanks!!
