Default SBD Friendly Products

Finding SBD friendly products in Phase 1 and 2 can be confusing... but over time our Beach Babes have found some products to make sticking to plan easier. Below is a list of products that are SBD OK.

Remember to review the products in the context of the phase you are in!
If you have any products to add, just post a note, and a moderator will update this post to include your find!

Butters (OK for all Phases)

Smart Balance and Smart balance lite butter

I can't believe it's not butter spray (ICBN)

Syrups (Ok for all phases: In Phase1 these fall in the "75 calorie SF limit)
