Tuna-Chickpea Salad
1 Can Tuna
1/2 Can chickpeas 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil 2tbsp Olive oil Salt and Pepper Romaine Lettuce Mix tuna, chickpeas, basil, oil, salt and pepper in bowl. Serve over lettuce. I'm addicted! |
I love this salad, and I'm totally hooked! It's so easy (and cheap!) to make. I quadrupled the recipe, so I have and easy lunch I can just pull out of the fridge for the work week. I also use bagged mixed greens (I'll take shortcuts any way I can - LOL!). Thanks for posting, Gina!
