Need a good site for calorie counting recipes.
 

I need to be able to figure out the calorie count (and preferably the gram count for protein, carb and and fat) of some recipes.

Are there any out there which convert the recipes into exchanges--or portions?

Can you tell me about any sites you have had experience with? Are they all OK--or are some unreliable?

What info you may have, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

You can try food.com. Also, caloriecount.about.com and sparkrecipes.com have recipe analyzers where you just type in your recipe and they give you the calories it may contain. I hope I helped!:)

Thank you desperate 99! I appreciate having lots of options. I think I will try all of them with the same recipe and see what happens.
