I have a big tub of lowfat vanilla yogurt in my fridge that is about to go bad. Does anyone have any recipes (even really easy ones) that I can use it for? I don't like to eat it just plain, I find it boring.
Thanks a lot in advance!

With vanilla yogurt you have to be a bit careful. In general, it'll be much better in sweet dishes -- e.g., modkitten's smoothies -- than in savory dishes. Most savory recipes that call for yogurt mean plain yogurt, which is a very different beastie.
FWIW, flavored yogurts, except those made with aspartame, have a lot of empty carbs in them from sugar or corn syrup. The "fruit" stuff at the bottom is basically jam. Use it in diets accordingly.
Woops! Didn't realize it was vanilla, I guess I skipped over that. I use plan yogurt, and I actually don't add ANY splenda, but everyone else always wants me to add it. You could probably get away with no splenda if you are using vanilla yogurt.
I usually make a fruit salad (with no citrus or pineapple) and mix in vanilla yogurt instead of whipped cream..
Try chunks of banana, apple, pear, grapes, apricot or peaches!
