Where's a great place you've gone? I named a cat Jackson for Jackson Hole, Wyoming... :) A country you love? Name him after a city/feature ... Then there's a "connection" for you and unique. ENJOY!

He'll probably be a big boy
I would name him Zeus. |
Walker
(sorry, I am a huge Walking Dead fan and that's what zombies on the show are called ;p) |
Is "Cutie Pie" too girly for a name? I just want to hug him!
|
Zander
I had a male dog named Socrates. I name for meaningful connections too. |
Raze- Sounds... RAH-ZAY

I am partial to names that are no longer popular. I always find cool names when I wander through local cemeteries.

My son has decided that the pup is Abu.

I like the Parker and Abu suggestions. Looks like a Ned to me though.

Does ABU Have a meaning attached to it?
I thought there was an ABU on an episode of Seinfield in the 90's but I do not remember the details. Good luck with the furry child. Sheridan |

Also Abu was the monkey who was buddies with Aladdin! Cute movie!
I love naming pets. I take into consideration their birthdate/adoption date, appearance & personality. Agatha Noel was a feral kitty who spent 4 months in a cage waiting to be adopted. I wanted her to be a "good" kitty & we adopted her at Christmas time. Agatha = Greek for good. Noel = Christmas. We also once had a black cat born on Valentine's day, so he was named Valentine. Then there was DeeDee, not a smart cat & real dingbat...DeeDee was short for DumdDitz. Mean I know, but she didn't know. ;) |
He's really into Aladdin right now, so for him it's because of the monkey.
