does anyone happen to know of a site to get a order form for pet ID tags? (for my kitties) =^+^= Like the mail-in order form.
lack if a credit card is making the hunt a bit hard.

Do you have paypal? I'm pretty sure I've seen them offered on ebay.

I've seen the order forms at the vet's office, which you can mail in with a check. I think PetSmart stores also offer them.

Some of the websites that sell them seem to be small companies or individuals. You could probably email them and ask to mail in a check or money order with a handwritten order, and I'll bet you'll find one that is interested.

I saw some cute ones on Sally Harrell (sallyharrell.net). They come in all sizes, you can get some cool fonts. They're artsy rather than the regular kind but the small ones are the size of a penny so they'd be perfect for a cat.

Petco has a machine right in the store, you buy a coin and make it yourself.
