Hi my name is Bonnie, I have a seven week old little girl, we are nursing but I need to lose weight. I found this site and am glad to know there are others who are going through what I am.
I am 40 years old. I have an 18 and 15 year old and the new baby. The new baby was a great blessing because I did not realize how my health was spiralling out of control. I had diabetes that I was not keeping track of and when I got pregnant I had to She was born 8 weeks early due to preeclampsia but spent only 18 days in the NICU. I have to get my self back on track. I am actually wanting to have one more baby before I turn 43. So I look forward to meeting everyone and learning how to do what I need to in order to get healthy.

Welcome to the 40 yo mom's club. ;) Mine was 21 years old two days after her 7 mo. old brother's birth. I went all those years without managing to have another, then lost weight, got healthy, and BAM! So if you want another by 43, staying fit and eating right is the best way you could do it. Good luck.
