south beach diet and trying

hi ladies. I am contemplating the South Bach diet but am trying for a baby. Is there any reason why I shouldn't start the diet now. I have been trying for 7 months and realy want to do something about my weight before the big gain.

Hi! I started the SBD and got pregnant a month later...so I don't think it will do any harm. Good luck and hope you'll get your positive test soon!

I don't see how it could do any harm. If anything it will help. I hear women getting pregnant all of a sudden after losing weight all the time.
