Default Preganant and to be married in a month and 1/2!

Okay, so i was exercising my butt off and losing a couple pounds a week because i wanted to look good in my dress in my wedding which is December 17th and low and behold i turn out to be pregnant...very unexpected! What is the safest yet fastest way to lose weight? Can I still do sit ups? Diets? Any Ideas?

You should be able to do anything you did previously, except contact sports where you could be injured, at this early stage of pregnancy. However, don't fully expect to lose any weight unless you are fairly overweight. If you're just slightly overweight, it's unlikely you will be able to lose without starving yourself, and that's not healthy for your pregnancy. But you could still maintain the weight you have for just a little over the month you need.

Have an appointment with an OB/GYN first before you try any sort of weightloss.
