My DH thought watching high risk maternity shows would make me freak out. Actually, it was pretty calming because even in the worst cases all the mothers survived and I only saw 1 infant death. I figure that is pretty good odds since those cameras are only following high risk people and are totally dramatizing everything. Now I am watching shows about life with twins. NOW THAT is freaking me out ;)

I actually have no useful advice, really, but just wanted to say that its ok not to enjoy being pregnant. I've had three kids so far and have not enjoyed pregnancy. Not that there were complications, really, but just feeling fat and ugly was a constant for me. I always felt that my body was no longer my own and general discomfort from the get-go could be assumed. What compounded it for me was the fact that I was fat to begin with and could not find clothes that fit me and looked cute. Haha this last time, I resorted to wearing scrubs! Anyway, try not to focus on your feeling blahs and take things one step at a time. You're more than half-way there and the priority at this point is to make it far enough that your baby is healthy... have you tried shopping for baby things or taking a day to relax at a spa? they now have prenatal packages and I've heard they're wonderful! Good luck and hang in there!
