Excellent Book!!
 

I just got this book.. it's amazing!! It's called Good Night, Sleep Tight. Here is a link to the web site. It is helpful to help your child sleep at different ages. There are section for first 2 weeks, weeks 3-4, 4-8 weeks.. etc. Up to 5 years old. It's not a let your child scream it out book.
I bought it through the web site and it was $16.06 - free shipping.

It has already helped me. I know now that I am starting to use nursing as a sleep aid.
