Exercise and breastfeeding
Hello! This is my first post and I need some help. I am a busy mom to 3 kids (9,5,and 8 months), I work full time and currently breastfeed my 8 month old. I am trying to get back in shape. I have my fitness pal on my phone to track food. I really need to lose weight all over, but I also want to focus on my arms, thighs, and abs. I have lose skin which I struggle accepting. I have an elliptical which I can use and do not mind getting free weights if needed.
But I do not know where to start! I need an at home work out routine because going to the gym is just not an option right now. Can anyone offer advise or a place that I can print off a routine? I have pinned many things on Pintrest, but its so overwhelming and I do not know where to start. I really appreciate any help you can offer. |

You're not alone. This is a huge challenge for busy moms but I have no doubt that you'll find some time for yourself :) A few free options worth looking at: - Nike Training Club - Aaptive: it's audio based so it's really good for going on a run. they do have strength training but it might be harder to follow - 7 min workout Paid options: - Future: remote training. $150/mo and you get a trainer who writes custom workouts for you, keeps you motivated and communicates with you as much as you want. this works well for super busy ppl (full disclosure, I work there) - Sweat with Kayla: stock workout plans with some social interaction. $20/mo.
