Lactating again and more odd things
 

Not sure where to post this. There is something going on with my body and I am not sure what it is. At first I was getting this mild headache everyday and bouts of tummy aches and nausea. Also mood swings, major depressed periods where all I want to do is curl up and cry. I took a preggo test and it came back negative, not surprised cause I got the depo shot in june and have had what I call the perma-period. I have bled non-stop for at least 3 weeks, lost track of when it started. Nothing heavy just some spotting first old blood then new fresh blood. To make things odder I started lactating again yesterday and today I am starting to bleed heavy. I have to force myself to go out on walks now because I am just to tired or sad. I quit breastfeeding in May and have been dried up with no issues. I don't know if all this is just coincidence or what. I am not sure if I should take another test, call my doctor or wait it out for another week and see what happens. Can it be the birth control leaving my system? I was due for another shot last week and decided to forgo it because we want to have another baby.
I am worried I am paranoid and if I call the doctor it will be for nothing. I don't have a vehicle and have to do this pain the butt medical transport thing to get there. So part of me is really hoping it is nothing.
Anyone else ever experience something similar? Could it be the diet?
