banananumuffin: thanks for the information. My little one is 3 weeks on Thursday and my weight seems to be somewhere around 155-157 (I need to get a better scale). I had figured this was about where I would end up after the baby weight came off. Can't complain really, it's almost 10 lbs lighter than when I got pregnant.

glamourgirl: I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you've been having nursing the baby. My sister had the worst time trying to nurse her daughter, the baby wouldn't latch and she pumped exclusively for a month, then got infections in both sides and had to eventually give up. I counted myself lucky that I had a fairly easy time of it nursing my first, and now thinking about your situation I realize I'm just as lucky this time around. I hope things get easier for you now that your supplementing.

Why does chick-fil-a keep popping up on the WHOLE screen! Not exactly 3FC friendly! Just chiming in to say I am SOOOOOOO READY to start working out, I am really needing the energy outlet. Not really for weight loss, that's why I am looking at my food intake, that's 90% of the equation for me. I had a csection 4 weeks ago and will get "officially"cleared at 6 weeks pp. I am getting super antsy!

I will have to go early AM before hubby leaves for work, but that's what I did before anyways. Looking forward to my running group again, 6 miles @ 5am can really start your day, but I stopped running at 28-weeks and will need to build up again. I also did a weightlifting class at 6am on off-days - I should be able to pick that class up again, my last one was the Thursday before I went into labor on Sunday!
