I've been doing it for a while but just dropped my calories to 1,500 in the last 2 weeks and my supply is still great. I did have feelings of wanting to binge but that was solved by adding more protein so I'm fine again.

I've been calorie counting and the weight is melting off. I was happy but the baby was not! My supply wasn't the problem, it was the content of the milk. It was like water. I have added more calories the last 2 days and now the baby is happy again. I'm really hoping I can find the right balance. I was feeling so good. I just don't think I will lose if I keep the calories increased. And I'm so motivated right now.
