Hi all
Trying to lose the baby weight from baby #2. I am doing South Beach and kinda panic when I see how much fat (even though it is good fat) and calories I eat in a day! So far, I am losing weight and eating tons of veggies and feel good, but I totally freak out when I see how much I am actually consuming in fitday.com. I am usually between 1850-2000 calories a day.
anyways, just wanted to know if there are any other nursing south beachers out there- would love to compare notes, especially if you have been doing this for a while and know what we should be doing for success. thanks!!
