Tired of the Yo-yo-ing...
 

I'm constantly having my weight thrust in my face at my weekly Dr's appt for post-partum incision care following my c-section in march... and it's hard to not let it get me even more depressed...

I'm still nursing and still unable to do major activites because of the c-section... and it just plain sucks... I was hopeing continuing nursing would help to burn more calories (after all that's what everyone says right?)... but there is no marked difference in my weight loss at all...

Last week I was at my appt I was down over 20 lbs from post-delivery weight... today I was back up 7 whole lbs... It's depressing... the yo-yoing up and down is really hurting my motivation and the added stress of not being able to work as hard as I want to at exercising is only making matters worse!...

Bah... there just seems to be no happy medium... no middle ground... and no happiness...
