Breakfast

Hi all!
I'm almost 8 weeks this week and wanted to know, how bad is having a sausage biscuit (no eggs no cheese) w OJ from McD's every morning :(? Im good w everything else and take my vitamins daily. Before I was pg I would just wait to eat but now I feel like I have to have something! I just don't have the time in the a.m. and cant imagine starving my peanut until lunchtime! Oh and I haven't gained any weight yet!

Honey, that has almost no nutritional value what so ever. Do u like the fruit and yogurt parfait? That would be a great choice w a plain english muffin or maybe carry something with you. Good Luck on your little one!!!!!!

Hi Belle
,
I'm also 8 weeks pregnant! :) Are you eating the sausage mcmuffin because it's easy and fast or because it's what you think your tummy can handle? I'd say if it's the first reason, there are probably other warm foods that are quick and almost as easy. If it's the second reason, do what your tummy is telling you and when you feel able to move onto healthier choices, do so. I've had wretched morning sickness for the past 3 weeks. About the only thing I have found that eases it is to sip on a fountain coke. The $1 McDonalds drinks have been my best friend the last few weeks! I don't do too much of it, due to the caffeine, but all in moderation. Maybe with you sausage mcmuffin you can try moderation - have it 2 days a week or something.

Good luck with your pregnancy! PM me if you want to talk babies :)! (this is my first!)
