Cheesy Noodle Bake

1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
6 ounces No Yolks Egg Noodles -- cook per package
1 teaspoon parsley
3/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese -- shredded
1. Cover and microwave onions in a 2 quart glass dish until tender.
2. Blend in flour, mustard, salt, black pepper and milk. Mix well.
3. Microwave, uncovered for one minute or until mixture boils and thickens.
4. Stir in cottage cheese, noodles and parsley.
5. Cover and microwave, for six minutes or until hot.
6. Stir in cheese. Microwave uncovered until cheese has melted about three minutes.
