I have PCOS with insulin resistance. I have gained 12lbs since the new year, but back on track and know I will lose it. My goal weight is 180...I am currently at 210.

I also have PCOS. I am aiming to lose 65 pounds right now. Once I reach my goal, I may lose more, but we'll see.
I am taking Metformin and Spironolactone.
