Need some help
 
I am new to this website, PCOS, and everything in between. I am looking for more help or guidance to get me through being recently diagnosed with PCOS. I am labeled as obese and I was wondering if anyone has some good tips on losing weight to help me with PCOS. :^: Any information or comments would be greatly appreiciated. Thanks in advance!
