PCOS South Beach Chicks TTC
This is my first time posting on the PCOS board in a long time.
Here is a little history real quick on me. I was always average to small and I got pregnant and gained over 100lbs and had a very hard time losing any. Finally was diagnosed by a DR after diagnosing myself a year before. Did the Met but it didnt do much so got off it. I have tried every diet around and nothing ever worked. When it did work I was starving and felt so faint all the time. I did my own lower carb diet and lost a few lbs but it wasnt structured enough. Yesterday I started the SBD and even though I was afraid of failing before I even started, it has been going better than any diet. I have only had one natural period after my son and hes almost 4. Hoping losing the weight will get my body back in track and get pregnant again.
