Personally? I wouldn't touch it without something to back up the claims. I wonder if it's available at the larger bookstores? If I could find at one of the locals, it would be a simple matter to peruse the back and scan the inside. If I see a copy before you do, I'll let you know what I find, could you do the same? :^:
