Wow, it's been a while

Well, I doubt anyone remembers me, but I used to post here quite a while ago. I've been reading, just not posting, but I wanted to update today. So far I've lost 28 pounds, and (with a few slip-ups due to illness) kept up my exercise :) My PCOS seems to be improving a bit, and I feel great :) Just wanted to drop in and let you all know I didn't give up - have a great day!
