Hm. The article on Vitamin D/Insulin resistance was very interesting. Do you have a source, Noodles? I want to give it to my endocrinologist since that is one of her biggest concerns for me. Even though my glucose has dropped significantly, and the insulin has come down, its still high. I can't tolerate the metformin/glucophage, so maybe a 'script for Vitamin D would be a good alternative?
