Dietgeek Junior Member Thread Starter Join Date: May 2013 Posts: 1 S/C/G: 242.508/231.485/141 Height: 164	PCOS, Anemia, and starting ATKINS !! After four years of irregular and heavy and painful periods my doctor decided that I have PCOS. I am watching my calorie count intake, but yet my weight kept increasing and increasing. Apart from PCOS, it seems that the few and heavy periods I get has caused Anemia. Now, my doctor has given me iron supplements for my blood, but no supplement for PCOS. I am intending to start Atkins diet any advice ?
