2012 ~ December ~ Exercise Minutes
Welcome back, ladies!
Last month we did 2725 minutes of exercise, let's see if we can beat that this month! After all, December is the one month when it's so easy to get off track... let's see if we can kick some butt! Hi Rana. Sorry to drop in late. I went thru my Mfp
and so far this month have logged 5112 exercise minutes. This doesn't include strength training. Which is 30m 3x per wk. Old Group Minutes: Saturday: Monday: as of all mnth 1137 |
Hi Avalonmoon -- are you sure it's 5322 minutes? Or are you referring to calories?
Because it's only been like 11 days in December... that would mean you're doing 8 hours of exercise every day??? |

I apologise Rana and everyone for substituting my cals burned for minutes spent. i was busier this past 12 days but those minutes in my original post are edited and are the real mccoy. sorry about that. Thanxs Rana for showing me. :)
