Default New to the Forum
Good evening folks. I have Hashimoto's and currently weigh 248lbs. Have just joined and started a blog to journal my weightloss struggles. I hope to find some answers amongst these many pages of posts and comments. I look forward to the search.

Keeping this short as it's currently 3:33am here and need to get some much needed rest.

A big to you both!

This area is a bit quieter/slower than boards with folks who don't have these extra health challenges but it's a friendly bunch.

Wondering if anyone else with the combination of hypothyroid (Hashimoto's) and FM (Fibromyalgia) has issues with food related symptoms such as dairy intolerance, caffeine and so on....

Hrm... no experience there Snuggles. This is the PCOS specific board tho. Might try that question in the more general Dieting with Obstacles board.
