Default Could it be....?

I have been thinking lately. They say strenght training is good for weight loss because mucles burn more calories than fat..And it is also said that women normally dont get bulky mucles like men do..But...with PCOS you have higher levels of testosterone than the average women does. Does that mean that you have a bigger chance of getting bulky mucles if you do strenght training? Does anyone know?

That link was very informative, thanks! I have PCOS and I do tend to build muscle faster than my non-pcos friends. It's great when everyone is struggling during a weight class, or you're not as sore the next morning! hehe *evil giggle*
