Two posts this morning - I guess I'm full of questions :)

Good Morning All -

Has anyone had any experience with Saw Palmetto? I'd love to hear your good/bad/strange experiences!

I took it for a couple months, but I didn't notice any difference in physically obvious symptoms ... not sure whether it affected my labs, but it tasted so nasty as a tincture that I couldn't stand to gag it down every morning. Maybe tablets/capsules are a better idea.

Anyone else have any experience with Saw Palmetto .. heard it will help with the testosterone / DHT
