Stupid Comments request
 

On another board I was on, people were posting things they have heard over the years about stupid infertility comments. I think I will make a webpage of all the STUPID things people say in regards to infertility stuff. Maybe people will then get the hint and not say them should they come across it.

Send all your comments to [email protected] and spread the word Im collecting them.

Signatures: Supply whatever you want to go next to your quotes. First name only, email only, initials only, state prefered as well (so we can see where it most happens...LOL), etc.

Thats a great idea, people seem full of stupid comments when it comes to infertility!!

I personally love this one: "If you just relax, you'll get pregnant" WHATEVER!

Or how about telling those of us who have a tendency to say the wrong thing, what is the right thing to say?

How about a simple "My prayers are with you"? No advice, no sympathy, just a prayer or positive thoughts or something along that lines. The only time IF advice doesnt bother me so much is when it comes from another IF patient.
