I have lost 33 lbs!!!

I have been struggling with PCOS since a teenager. Weight gain, excess hair, etc...I was able to get pregnant with metformin and first cycle after trial of birth control pills....that's another story.

I have finally found weight loss success with Medifast products...I have tried WW too many times to count, South Beach, calorie counting, etc...I am not selling this. I am just trying to give fellow PCOS women another avenue.

That's fantastic! Tell us more about your success stories. How long were you on Metformin before trying to get pregnant?

What's Medifast? Is it like Slimfast, or do you actually get to eat real food?
