Hi Girls..
Im no stranger to pcos.. I found out I was blessed with it. at 29.
Im now 36... I been trying to get pregnant for that time period too and that has not happened..
But recently ( March 09) I started eating better, working out at least 6 days a week and drinking water. And ive lost 12 pounds.
and few inches here and there..so i have hope there.
I am going to shoot for 10 more pounds and that will bring my weight down form the highest to now to be a loss of 40 pounds!
and try once again to get pregnant! I am hoping it works.

I have been off metformin for about 2 months now. And I wonder if its the reason i been losing weight better.. Seems like when i take metformin 1500 mg extended release, I get so hungry..
Has anyone else experienced this? and if i dont eat enough, I feel faint..
off metformin i dont have this issue!???????

Sorry if this is long.. I just figured i better get my body back on metformin in case i do get pregnant in a month or so.. I dont want my hormones to be screwed up!

i've never noticed that with the met. in fact, i didn't notice any change in appetite, now that i think of it. that is an interesting observation though. the only thing that happened is that met made my stomach really unsteady. i guess all of our bodies are different.
is there a reason you went off it?

well it makes me sick a lot.. and just been fed up with everything,
I needed to re group and start over..
