PCOS and hot flashes?
 

Hey ladies I haven't been on in awhile, everyone here is so great and I feel I need to come back more often. Anyhow, does anyone else have problems with hot flashes? I had thought it was just because I live in Las Vegas, NV and it was like 300 degrees outside but now it's down in the 60's and I am still having problems. Some days I wonder why I blow dry my hair when 20 minutes later it's soaking wet again. It's really embarassing to go out somewhere and everyone is complaining that they are so cold and I am literally dripping in sweat. Makes me just want to stay home :?:

I had mild hot flashes prior to having a hysterectomy when things 'should' have been running normal. My theory was with the hormones all out of whack, the estrogen was losing out in the cycle somewhere.
