Hello everyone

I am 27 years old and live in South Africa. I have been trying to conceive for 5 years and succeeded in March this year via IVF but we lost our son at 18 weeks due to an infection. Now I am trying to lose so more weight before going for another IVF in Oct. 2008.
I have PCOS with very irregular periods and thus I don't ovulate by myself.

I started the "Protein diet" after my miscarriage and lost 7kg so far. I hope to lose another 16kg.

So I hope I can join you all and say bye bye to the weight :dance:

Hello, I also figured to venture over here. I am active in southbeach forum, but I have pcos and was hoping to find some answers here. I'm almost 39 and not looking to get pregnant. But if there's some vitamins that help with pcos I'm open to try it! And could use the support here.

I take Chromium Synergy by Designs for Health. I buy them from my dietitian. They seem to be doing me some good so far, but I'll be able to tell better after a couple of months.
