Feel horrible

I've been eating very low carb for the last few days, having lots of energy and being in a good mood. I ate 1/2 cup Brown Rice Pilaf and no I don't know exactly what was in it but the whole day has turned to @#!@#! I'm walking slower, my legs itch more, I'm tired and drained. I'm just going through trial and error I guess but no more Brown Rice Pilaf for me again.

Did you make the pilaf, or did you eat it at a restaurant? Do you know what was in it? Just 1/2 cup should not make you feel bad for the whole day.

Had the same result with full-grain pasta but also I wanted to be sick! I gave it a second chance but I had the same results so I gave up on it.

Preety, you may feel ill from eating it because of the glucophage. Carbohydrates will tend to upset the stomach while on that med.

Really? Wow you have quite an experience but apart from the unlucky stupid alcohol incident I don't feel nauseus with my diet. On the other hand I want to be sure nothing happens to me. Do you think I should replace rice with many vegetables, eating only my pitta bread in the morning rather accompany my protein with rice?

I am quite new to the insulin resitance so it's good to get information
