Hi Everyone

I am new here. I have suffered from PCOS for about 5 years now. I started Anne Collins' low gi diet today. :carrot:

Best of luck to you. I just started yesterday. I am not really following a diet plan, but I have been logging my calories on nutridiet's website. That's very eye opening for sure. I sit in front of the computer all day at work on a switchboard, so I have some time on my hands when I am not doing data entry.
