I'm just being concious of what I am eating, making sure I get moving every day, and making better food choices:)

HELLO!! Yes I too am sooooo very excited that I heard about this group! My doctor was very hesitant to say I have PCOS. However when I went to another doc, she told me yes I did. There is no way I could go from being on the dot with my period for 8 years and then be completely off when i hit 18. Of course there's more, either way im excited to be here and look forward to all the wonderful threads!!! I am with Beegers, Im trying to be concious of what i eat and exercise, ect. Im looking into other plans tho and am completely open for suggestions. Thanks!!
