Default Idea for Waxing Moon Weight Loss Spell

I had the idea for a waxing moon weight loss spell for us to do. Its intent could be to strengthen those qualities within ourselves that make us successful dieters, e.g., commitment, ability to change, etc., e.g. the waxing of these qualities within ourselves.

IMO a green candle would be good for this, to symbolize the greening of these qualities and our health.

What do you all think?

I think a green candle would be and excellent idea - the color green always makes me think of vitality, nature aand "newness" (oes that last one make any sense? )

Of course it makes sense, Mauv! Green is the color of growing things, and particularly when you think of it during January, when's the next time you're likely to see much green? Spring. Time of newness and beginning and birth. See? It does make sense.

I like the idea of a waxing moon spell, better than I like the waning moon one, I think.

I like this idea - though I'd probably use a light blue candle than a green one.... but that's more of a personal decision, as I associate blue with health, so it would have more relevance for me, personally.

I do like the whole concept of green symbolizing newness though - I've never used the color that way before, but I might start!!
