Rune Question for Paganchicks
 

Not a weight loss question but I have a lot of trust in 3FC members so I thought I would check with Paganchicks to see if any of you can send me in the direction of a reliable source (website) on Runes. I've done a little browsing but there seem to be several different versions and some of the sites have the same rune symbol with a different name and slightly different meaning. I'd like to be able to ask a few questions too - not get a reading but I have questions about the runes themselves so I'd really like to not be asked for a credit card :D . I don't want to offend anyone from the other groups so feel free to PM me. Thanks.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what websites are the best, but I can recommend a couple of books, the Big Giant Encyclopedia of Runes and Futhark: A Handbook of Rune Magic by Edred Thorsson.

Anything by Ralph H. Blum and Lisa Peschel are inaccurate.
