New here, due in Feb, anyone else?

Hi everyone, my name is Regina and I am 30 years old. I am an American living in Finland and I am expecting our first baby, a boy Feb 8th. I am glad to have found this site, there is SO much information.

In the passed 3 years I have lost over 15 pounds just by exercising almost daily. Now I have gained 12 kg, or about 26 pounds so far and am still walking daily 2-4 miles.

From what I read on here, most of that will be baby and hopefully come off sometime once he is here, but I can't wait to start exercising like a real person again :-) I actually miss my aerobic dvds, and never thought i'd say that!

I'm thinking about starting WW points system, but don't want to be come a member. It is quite expensive, even the online membership and the meetings here are all in Finnish, so I won't be attending. Anyone think it's possible to gather all the info and be successful on my own?

Thanks and i can't wait to meet anyone else planning the same!!

br,

I do WW and it will definately be easier if you have the materials. You can do the WW at home which is what I do. There is no online and no meetings. You just get the basic materials to help you. It is a bit pricey but you also get the magazine subscription with it. I especially love the magazine. Also you can pay in two payments which is what I did.
Here's the link for it:
