How did the Reiki II go, BB?

I did Reiki II last year. Part of the reason I regained a few lbs - right after that I was content with myself as I was!

Glad I did it though and am using it every day, now.

PhatPhoenix - It went well. I didn't feel much of anything, but my master said it was one of the most smooth attunements she's ever seen. Which I guess is a good thing. I'm still not losing anything, but then again I reiki my mom more than myself and I'm still eating candy, but I'm working on things. I'm one of those that tends to worry more about others than myself. I've been told I should start worrying about myself a bit more. :p

But I have noticed, like you mentioned, that I am starting to like myself more the way I am. I still want to lose fat and get healthier, but I'm not stressing about it. So, things are going pretty good. If I could get a good job now, things would be best. :)
