Pregnancy and diet direct
 

My highest weight was 248 pounds. After i had my son in 2018 i lost 65 pounds. I got down to 183 in exactly a year. I am now pregnant again and kind of watching what I eat to not gain too much weight, because I had gestational diabetes in my last pregnancy and I don't want it again. I recently ordered some products from diet direct, so that I can have some healthy snacks here and there. I tried the BariWise caramel crunch protein bar and its delicious! Maybe the best protein bar that I've ever tasted.
