Anybody out there doing the simple diet? I've been searching high and low for a support group for this diet and I can't seem to find one. So if anyone here is doing it that would be great or if you could point me in the right direction great too! Tia!

Well, I am "sorta"doing it this week and will go full force next week. It's my anniversary so I wanted to wait till it was past.
